Just back closer to mount renshaw, made a long trail, the second hill was more of a challenge then the start of the way into the east bowl just south of the saddle. That was a hold on and watch this moment as I had to hop on Brian’s sled while rod was pulling to keep the sidehill going and as we hit the first large whoop, bail quickly and do a face plant in the snow before I was ragdolled up the second whoop. Lol. It worked. Then rod said next stuck he’s done we had to go up to the top and drop down into the Center of blackwater, he was kidding of course and we heading right down the upper creek and ended up on the trail just where it ends.

those local guys assess each situation separately. Could be 500 could be 2500 haha depends on how much work it is. No Helicopter service in McBride anymore they have to bring the Big Astar from valemount and its over 2k an hour.

went for an easy fun ride yesterday and got lucky to pull a dead one out. good day and there was some very nice powder back there.

We parked a 27 foot with 1 ton dually in the first parking lot on Saturday. Some snow/ice in the back part of upper parking lot, but pure mud on the entry part of the upper parking lot. Lower parking lot has some snow/ice on it still so not unloading in the mud. Not bad early morning, but not great later day.

I assume that all ended well for the 2 that S & R were seeking on Saturday?

We just got up to the cabin when chopper set down to touch base with us. Then just leaving cabin area and some guys had come up by cabin flagging in chopper to set down again.

Hes a buddy of mine, they had 2/3 sleds go down yesterday, towed one and one is getting a lift yep
