just got off the renshaw trail. we are in a world of hurt. could not get past 6 where we ran into about a 200 foot long mess of trees and huge slide.

Damn Barry! Hope you can rally the troops to help clear it before first snow!

going to be a bad fall. can't even get by to see how bad the rest of the trail is.

yea, we lost clemina bridge. Clubs are going to need all the help they can get this fall

saw the pictures yesterday. you have it really bad. if I get mine done I would volunteer my time and help you guys out. your going to need help as well.

how high/wide do you estimate this debris field to be Barry?

what kind of equipment do you think will be required?

200 feet long some places the trees are stacked 20-30 feet high. will try and post pic later. takes forever on here. that is the first slide the next one we walked to is 60 feet long but not as deep. that is up to km 6 only. we will need a certified faller and excavator and loader most likely. everyone is so busy with all the other major slides

maybe you could take one of your drones and try to fly further up the trail for the McBride club and give them an idea of what they are up against, I think that's going to be step 1 for them before they even start looking for equipment and workers to move in.
