It’s a gathering of like minded sledders for a great supper, tell some lies about your sled skills, have a few drinks and maybe win some great prizes.
S&M has been doing this for 12 years (I think) and it’s always a sellout.

What Curtis said. The first year there was only about 30 of us there. Then it took off. Basically buy your tickets, book your rooms and plan to ride as you would any other weekend. Except..... you get to meet a bunch of forum members throughout the weekend at the meet and greet/hotels/on the hill and enjoy a great time on Saturday night. Which will always include some kind of a performance from "Mikeymanynumbers" as well as usually a "Maxwell" sighting and if your table is loud and rowdy enough "Sledbunnyracing" will come over with the mic to see wth is going on. The suppers in McBride have always been top notch as well. Your group will not be disappointed.

typically Ron does "bucket draws" you get a length of tickets for $X and put the tickets into the bucket of whatever item it is you wish to win.
