Try Travs auto in Valemount too.

Hitting up Renshaw Dec 28th If anyone gonna be there and want to show a guy a new area, id be buyN ya a case of beer to show me how to get to Spring Lake. I talked to a guy that knows the area very well and says its fun back there... Not to familiar with the spot so if your there on the 28th and your thirsty...lets go. Anyone ride around there? is it good? i hear its pretty far east of the cabin.
Its way far back over a few mountains. Need to have reliable machines and equipment to stay the night if **** hits the fan. There's no towing sleds out from back there.
We usually head back there when the days are longer and weather nicer. If bad weather rolls in it can be a cluster F to make it back to the cabin.

I'll take you for a perimeter tour of Renshaw.
If you want to stop at Spirit that up to you but can go lots further if you like.
Pro schmo, storms are fun but reliable is a must (G4s are out...lol).
Best snow always at Spirit's back bowls - 30km past the cabin some farther.

Spirt lake and beyond can be a two 5gal jerry can trip. A lot of great riding back there.

Snochuk is awesome to ride with. We have been in a White Out and the man is like a GPS.

Renshaw was really fun Saturday. Lost track of time and started to get dark on us when we started our way out. Thanks to the group that led the way (And helped with a nasty creek crossing) back out to the trail.

Thank you to Shawn at Shawns small engine repair in town. He had what we needed to keep going today and had it all put back together before breakfast was done.
You would be sorrowfully dissapointed....never touch a drop on the hill.

sounds good, no G4...yet...Im rockn old school XP still.(should make it haha) I might be going solo as buddy's wife got his balls in a jar right now, plus who jumps in on here (Tchetek) I will PM you when i know for sure who's all in and date is confirmed. Hitting golden Dec 16th for old mans 60th and renting a g4 maybe ill treat myself to a new toy before going to Mcbride...
Two of us leaving with my 4 place in the afternoon of the 27th to ride 28, 29 and maybe 30th.
