How's the snow up there?
I'll be taking my wife up next weekend. Doing a couples ride. There will be a few of us.
Hoping for some good new snow.

According to that weather station that was installed, 1cm in the past 5 days since I've been watching it.

About the only thing that weather station is good for is temperature/wind/RH. Would not place much if any trust in it for new snow or depth.

We rode on the 3rd. No new snow in a couple days. Huge sun dog out, and the clouds were rolling in. There are still some hidden rocks around as well! Be aware while rolling over small knobs with the skis up.

Think there is another post on here where someone posted they lost a bag.

Never mind it was a few posts up on this thread.

Group of 4 went back to spirit lake. Probably a foot in the open areas a bit more in the trees. Definitely needs a reload. Wind has done a number on the snow.

Rode Renshaw, basically snowing and blowing all day. 2-10" of new in the open, but wind blown underneath. Trees had up to 20" of good snow! Snowing hard when we left and in town! IMG_1024.jpg

Rode on Belle Both Friday Feb 10th and 11th.
Rode with Yacht29 and his wife, Dawizman and his girlfriend, and my wife.

We had a lot of fun. the girls all did really good. Mrs. Yacht29 was on a Polaris 600 136" with I think 1.25" lugs. Mrs. RXN was on her 800 Crossfire with a 141" track. They went where we went.

In the meadows it was deep. over the hood deep. great big smiles riding in there

It snowed fairly good over night (between the 10th and 11th)

I'm headed back there on the 17th to 20th.

It was a great time, and we rode with some great people, (looking forward to riding more with you guys):beer:

Special Thanks to Sven and Cara (from the Scarecrow) Top notch hosts as always.
