Always thought that driving in Kananaskis is illegal, but saw transcanadian snowmobile route - someone planned a trail there....and heard that some ppl already have started building it, so is that legal or not to drive there? I love that lake and area, thanks for any input

That's a section of Non-Motorized. They only want motorized to complete gaps in the trail because they know motorized builds trails. North of Slave Lake and East of Slave Lake motorized section. Iron Horse is both the Trans Canada Trail and the Trans Canadian Snowmobile trail. They share that section. Much of the Trans Canada Trail is non-motorized.
