SAVE PUBLIC ACCESS FOR ALL ALBERTANS
SATURDAY MARCH 25TH 12:00PM—2:00PM
Edmonton Legislature Grounds — 10800 - 97 Ave, Edmonton

We need you all to come to this, I would like to see at least 1500 people in attendance. Ive included a PDF copy you can download and print off. Post it on your facebook, post it at work, tell all your friends. Now If you plan on going sledding because the conditions are so good, you can go the week before or the week after. Without your support we wont have sledding areas, quadding areas, random camping areas, hunting and fishing areas. The NDP government is working hard to close this all down and this starts at castle down south and works its way up to the top of Alberta. The snowmobile clubs in BC are dealing with this as well. This is all related to the YtoY initiative.

Anyone know if the motor sports companies are going to attend? So far I have not heard/seen anything from Brp, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Yamaha, Honda ect and the dealers taking a stance on this issue and helping to promote keeping this sport alive. They should all be out at these rally's and putting pressure on the gov to keep the areas open and handing out information promoting the sports. They have a huge stake to lose if these areas get shutdown. It would be good if anyone here has contact with anyone of influence within these companies to tell them about it so they can setup a booth/tent and show their support. Would be great to see the local dealers all out there March 25th

Another question: Has anyone taken this great poster above to all the dealerships and asked management to put it up on their doors? I would be willing to print them off and run around to all the dealerships in Edmonton and St. Albert and ask that they do so. If anyone wanted to help we could make a list of all the dealerships and divide them up, this would have a two fold benefit by informing all their customers and bring this issue to the dealers attention if they don't already know in which case they may attend the rally.

I know that the manufactures are very aware of the issue, and are collectively doing their part on different fronts for this cause. The Snow&Mud team has contacted many local dealers, aftermarket suppliers and more to help get the word out to users. We know quite a few dealers and the AOHVA will be promoting the Rally this weekends Sportsman show as well as attending the Rally. AOHVA and COHV have also both sent the Rally Posters to the various clubs and dealers they represent.

We can't promote this enough, as we really need to show this Government that we wont sit by while they take our access to recreation away ! We need as many people as can to come out to show support, and calling dealers you know to ask if they have it up and are informing customers wont hurt !

I heard the chat on the Jesbow Ched show too.

Glad too hear the message is being shared live.

This Ryan Jespersen is awesome as he asks the right questions, shows true passion in his voice, and stands along side of us and many other user groups.

Us S&M folks are dam lucky too get this kind of support when it's needed the most.

I hope everyone remembers this Castle Area puzzle as we still might have too stand ready for other areas along the Eastern Slopes of Alberta at a later date.

Many of us know how the GOA operates, ever so slowly they will or could change things ever so slightly in a extended time frame.

This writing is hidden in paper on someone's desk at the upper level, so being keen too this could be an on going thing.

PS: I hope I'm wrong on this as stranger things have happened if no one is keeping an eye on the fox that stocks the hen house.

Question time ???

Are there going to be rally signs at this meet, and if so, would it be possible that I borrow one as it makes me look taller then I am
Ha.

It's all about signage that gets the message across
LOL.

I should of kept the Calgary sign had I known at the time.

Keep me informed as I'm game too support the cause.

Thanks Tyler as I'll find you and others in the mix.

I'll be there early as I like too find parking close by, that way I won't have too walk too far. Ha.

Quad lives matter movement is a go.

I've been sharing with many as the days close in.
Hope that those that can show up do so as its up to us too support our kin-folk in our Southern part of the Province.

Brother and sister hood when needed most.

I don't spend a lot of time downtown, so I'm unsure of the parking availability near the ledge. ...might want to consider taking the LRT.
