I attach a link to an interesting article regarding an attempt in Ontario to clarify the legal liability of landowners allowing a clubs trail to run through their property. Do we need to champion a similar clarification in the western provinces?

I am wondering why no response? Is it that you need to click on a link? Or is it that the liability concerns of a land owner in the western provinces never comes up as a reason why clubs cannot cross their land?

I never knew clubs crossing private land is an issue or why it would be. Sounds like lawyers just keeping busy.
