Sled repair in Fernie. Christmas eve??

OK next question. This isn't going to be a hardcore riding day.... Is the morrissey trail to the cabin something that I'll use a lot of braking or can I rely on engine braking? I got the sled running but I don't have reverse, brakes are mush and no grip warmers. If there are steep areas that we need brakes for then (where engine braking isn't enough) I'll just scrap the idea of riding and go snowboarding instead.

You will be fine on the trail without using your brakes to get to the cabins. Take it easy around corners and you will be fine. Not sure I even ever use my brake on the trails. Have fun.

Agree. Doesn't matter if you don't think you'll need them. It only takes once!

I used brakes on Morrissey a lot today... but I was doing 80-110 kph at times
