Oh damn, it IS a 327...that makes me want it more (might as well round out the early SBC collection as I always have two 265, an early vette 283 and sold a common 283 last spring).

Usually when I follow a lead on a 327 it turns out to be a 283.

this might be the case. Bought the car, was told 327 and never really checked the numbers... its a Nova but not SS so who knows.

Not sure if it works on the pickups but the way to "remedy" the saggy handles on the similar era cars was to swap them from side to side.

I been wanting to get some parts for my jet boat but they are state side. I was waiting to see if it got better but man I might of waited to long!

I'm close to finishing mine too but need a set of headers and cannot find anything up here for sbc,
Going to have to break down soon and order,gotta love the Basset's!

I had a set of open Basset "twisted" BBC water injecteds on my first boat, those were the days lol now I have stainless Lightnings...

Anyone know a decent sandblasting outfit in the Edmonton/St Paul area? looking to get the firewall and underside blasted

Also looking for a powdercoater for the front clip and 4 link setup

Any tips guys?

just in Calgary unfortuneatley....is a place here you can do yourself..used it Cpl times on projects
