Had xplornet, not saying they can't have good Internet, just never did for us(dealt with their sh!t for years..), ended up being the worst customer service situation I have ever had.., for that reason I say anything but those clowns. Am currently with CCIwireless and couldn't be happier with the Internet and the customer service. My.02

Don't even think of Telus Smarthub. Great sales pitch and worse than dial-up.

Mcsnet all the way. Xplornet is a joke. Only time that crap would give you decent speeds was the middle of the night.

Wildrose internet here and pretty good now that they have handled the volume issues at the start. Have heard nothing good about Explorenet. A few peeps had it then dropped it for Wildrose.

Xplornet 4G here. Best I've had so far. I'm limited though, I have no other option other than aircards or the hub which both sucked and cost $$$$

x2 with the Telus Smart Hub. While it was nice to be able to surf when we were living up the mountain, it was extremely expensive and not reliable at all. Slower than dial up, super spendy.

I've heard nothing but good things mcsnet. I emailed them last night about being in the service area a kind lady called me today saying my land location is good and booked a appointment already.

I'm not easy to convince but mcsnet won me over already!

I've been with MCSNET for 5 or 6 years (I was their 1st customer when they expanded into this area) and the stability of their system is fantastic. Next to nothing for down time. A couple hours here & there of downtime but I'll bet in 6 years, a cumulative total of less than 1 day.

Really good customer service if there is a problem. 6 years only phoned twice gets a little slow through the wireless router with 8 iPhones, 2 iPads, ps3, 2 blackberrys and 2 lap tops running. But it's to be expected.
