My father wants to replace the plywood on his deck with a plastic type of material that does not get slippery when cold or wet. I think the material is called ultra molly plastic??? He is wondering if anyone has heard of it and where he can get it. Needs to be 1/2 inch thick and a 9ft sheets..

The one problem I see with that is that after time the plastic will warp and buckle unless you have it very well supported. I would put down plywood and then the plastic on top. We have used UHMF in gravel boxes comes in 1/2"but it is slippery.
