Heres your Chase standings after Daytona: 18-4-78-14-22-20-3-2-41-42-11-10-12-48-9-88. Pucker time for Bowman and Chase Elliott as Bowman now only has the last spot secured by 19 points on Stenhouse. Another new winner this year and Chase Elliott now becomes the target.

HaHa awesome! Actually you have both cars in the pic. Keselowski says he should have wrecked Byron after he put the late block on him causing Stenhouse to turn him. I think the 24 car is going into the wall next time. That block caused a 25 car pileup and killed most of the best cars in the field.

A good race it was, wow it seems Busch, Harvick and Truex are in a league of their own. I have to say how impressed i am this year with Eric Amarillo, I know he is in good equipment but he sure is taking advantage of it. When they announced that he would be tacking over the 10 car i thought to myself they could have done better but now not so much.

Was reading an article about how Nascar today, average fans per race in 2005 was like 147,000 - wow! The sentiment of the article was that Nascar is in transition and when the dust settles it will find its place - i like that thought.

I really enjoyed the way the race was called with Steve, Jeff and Dale Jr, like a bunch of friends who are passionate about racing sharing their knowledge and experience. a little rough around the edges perhaps but completely authentic and not pretentious and they struck a chord with me
