Well after the last couple of years D - Jr has had his fair of struggles - will he win again - ???? would like to see it but - sad to say it - probably not. Ford winning daytona - NOT! - Chey all the way! Smoke to win 500! With all the steam he built up last part of the season - who else?

Even with the new crew chief?

Yeah but his new one is no slouch by any stretch of the imagination (Steve addington)

Speaking of Steve Addington..........it comes out today at the media tour at SHR that while Tony was winning all those races in the Chase, he was texting Addington after the races that he was Tony's guy and not to worry about him keeping Grubb. This even happened after midnight at Homestead after he had won the Championship! Kinda lost some repect for Tony after hearing that.......

The decision to can Grubb was made before the Chase even started... so I guess Tony is kind of a man of his word, not going back on his decision after his performance in the Chase. I just hope he doesn't regret that decision. Not sure its the right move...

LOL Never thought of it like this nor did I or do I have any respect for Kurt Busch but perhaps this is what caused the blow up at Homestead. Here is how I call it going down....

Kurt wrecks out of the race, is kinda upset anyways. He goes into the hauler and it is there where Addington relays the news to him that he will be going to SHR next year and Kurt instantly gets pissed. Then along comes Dr. Punch and Busch is so pissed he just want to leave the track but before he gets the job done he ends up getting himself fired.

So what Im saying is in a sence you might have to have more respect for Tony cause he MIGHT have been the one that triggered the whole falling out of Kurt Busch!

Ehh? What do you think???? :)

Ford Racing and Roush Racing today introduced the new Ford Fusion for 2013 Cup racing at Charlotte to the media. Biff took her for 2 hard laps around the track. Check out Jayski.com for the pics. That is one sweeeet looking race car. I can hardly wait to see the new Chevy, Toyota and Dodge. These cars will look alot more like the production cars you will see on dealer floors as per the continued requests of the race fans.

Good job to Ford :clap2: Now wait and see what the rest come up with

Good news... a few local guys are taking over the Nascar draft - if you are interested in entering, pm me your e-mail address and I can send you the form when it comes out in a week or so. Not sure if things are changing at all but it was $40 per team last year to enter.

Dale jr is never gonna win another race. And you think his fans won't let it go now wait till he gets close to winning makes my stomach turn thinking about it. Stop riding your dads fame and move on enough is enough! Oh ya Edwards is gonna win the championship and Smoke will win Daytona.

Latest on a track in Minnesota: Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton says even if a new Minnesota Vikings stadium is not built in Arden Hills, he is still interested in cleaning up the old Army munitions site. So how might the site be developed? Sources tell 5 EYEWITNESS News a $300 million NASCAR motor-sports complex is being discussed. Ramsey County Commissioner Tony Bennett confirms commissioners have had meetings with NASCAR backers. Bennett also says several entities have shown interest in building casinos on the property. Despite all the interest, the county and the Vikings still prefer to build a stadium on the site.(), see past news about proposed race tracks in Minnesota on the .(1-25-2012)

WTF?!?!?! I never heard about this! I knew the queens wanted their stadium on this site but if they are talking to NASCAR I would much rather have a race track there! Screw them Vicodins they couldnt win if their life depended on it!

So who is everyone picking to make the Chase this year in no particular order? My choices are: Edwards, Kenseth, Stewart, Johnson, Kahne, douche Busch, Hamlin, Gordon, Harvick, Biffle, Keselowski, and Earnhardt.
