Do you not have a 'EDIT' button on the lower right side of Your thread when you post ???? ....
If you must make changes click on it & then you will be able to correct. Fixed the thread title for you.

First off you can only edit your own threads/posts you can't edit others unless your a moderator. On your own post there is a tab at the bottom of the post which says edit click on it, then make your changes and then hit the save tab.
