...I wonder if one morning that a few people in every town smeared mud on their license plates then took two crescent wrenches to the gas pumps and after they prepay cash and fuel up they all unscrewed the fuel handle and turfed it somewhere, that a message would be sent and prices would adjust to more reasonable prices?...
