I was thinking the same thing, also how much are the estimates to move? I know it depends on how far but just a rough estimate for 50 to 80k away or so?

I’m asking $10k and a clean lot. Appliances, furnace/AC and water heater are not included all fixtures are. There has been a lot of interest since posting the ad.

Floor plan scans will be added today.

Not too sure??? Is he moving a house?

Price to move ranged between 30K & 40K. Not too sure how much he was quoted to do the foundation, hook up, placement etc. The total including cleaning my lot was around 90-100K. Still a lot of $$ but still way cheaper then building a 1600sq ft. bungalow with a double attached garage.
