Some Day, I'll Post Some Pics Of Some Of The Cars I've Owned In The Past... Eg: In High School .... '69 Mach 1 Mustang 428 Cobrajet With Drag Pack.....'70 Gtx 440 Auto With Air Grabber Hood, And Later....'68 Mustang Fastback With Warmed Over 302/4spd..... '72 Charger W/ 440(10.5 Second Car) .... 2 '63 Split Window Corvettes .... '69 427 W/ Tunnel Ram And 2 4bbl Carbs Camaro(painted "ratpack") Showcar ... And So On.......... Working In The Automotives Trade All My Life Has Its Benefits. I Tried To Count How Many Cars I've Owned Since I Was 15 Years Old, But Got To Around 150 And Couldn't Remember Any More. Hind Site Says I Should Have Kept Several Of Those Cars And Parked Them, And I Would Have Been A Very Wealthy Man Today. All I Have Left Are Lots Of Bills Of Sales, Lots Of Demerits And Lost Drivers Licenses(lost It 3 Times Before I Was 18, And Even Threatened To Loose My License For Life, If I Didn't "cool" It), And Several Pictures Of Some Of My "nicer" Cars(however Most Pics Were Destroyed When My First House Burned Down)...... Oh, Well, I Think I Rambled Enough.....

YEA, THANKS NOS.... I LIVED IN FT. MCMURRAY AS A KID IN GRADE 11 & 12 AND THEN FOR 4 MORE YEARS AFTER THAT.... IT WAS KIND OF A "SCARY" EXPERIENCE GETTING SENT TO EDMONTON IN FRONT OF THE DRIVERS PAROLE BOARD(FOR TOO MANY DEMERITS, AND LOOSING MY LICENSE 3 TIMES BEFORE I TURNED 18), AND BEING CERTAIN I GAVE THE PROPER ANSWERS, OTHERWISE MY DRIVER'S LICENSE WOULD HAVE BEEN REVOKED FOR LIFE........ OUCH:eek:

I've been in that situation before. Had mine suspended just once though for 90 days. When I was 14 my dad gave me a 73 short box stepside chevy (still have it) with a blown up engine. We rebuilt the engine and added a muncie 4 speed and a 12 bolt posi. That truck was alot faster than a dumbass 15 year old kid should ever have for his first vehicle. Its a wonder I never killed myself or even worse somebody else.

Yep, me to cuzican, lost my licence for 3 months once. For one of the tickets I was doing a U-Turn in the middle of the street with the tires smoking on that Pinto Posi...on one side was my dad and on the other was a cop. I got blasted soooo bad.
My wife (girlfriend back then) drove me around and took the car home everynight. One night I'm outside and hear the exaust just roaring and tires squeeling...Hmmm sounds a lot like that hopped up V8 pinoto of mine...naw, she wouldn't do that. She blew the door soff some guys giving iher the gears on "Girly Driving". She was worshiped buy all the girls in town after that (me too).

These pics are from spring, pic of the cab and 327 rebuild thats going in it (will be painted of course). It's a complete restorations, frame off everything.
This truck was my grandpa's first truck and its been sitting in the field for yrs and we have always been talking about restoring it and finally brought it in last summer. It's being restored at Iron Chiefs in Spruce Grove, they specialize in Chevy restoration.
The truck is a 1951 Chevy, and was the "General's Edition" because of its colour and also had the rare 5 window's as seen in the cab picture. The new colours are gonna be a 2 tone pearl white and brownish(not exactly sure, but its gonna look good). Were gonna try to keep it sort of original, but update it so it can be a highway/daily driver.
It will hopefully be done in Spring/Summer 2008.

As for the '74 Challenger, its not numbers matching, but theres plenty of room in there for the 440 :D. Yah its pretty powerful, all I can say is torque. Its hard not to spin the tire's, always seems to happen by accident;).

Also attached a pic of my brothers 74 Challenger, also with 440. Took his rims for now and put it on my dads, cause right now his needs some work to his.
