Tough to prove a future loss, particularly if additional negative effects are caused by unfavourable evidence that is released during the trial. I bet once discovery occurs this will quietly disappear.

Dominion isn't going to win any lawsuits, they straight up lied about their machines not being connected to the internet when it was proven that they were and that they can be manipulated into switching votes.
