Showed up Tuesday morning to get my bike drove 3 hrs then the sales manager says he needed 24hrs notice to get the bike from their storage lot (which is literally a block away from the dealership) I told him to go get my damn bike . I'm lucky I got out of there without getting myself into some serious problems with the law in all honesty...

There is always 2 sides to a story, all we are hearing is one side.
I worked for a BRP dealership and the #ONE thing that people bitched and tried to do is swindle a deal on their bill.
One, I will not let my guys work on dirty toys in the shop. Better make sure its freckin clean. This allows for proper repairs.
Two, the guys don't get payed 12 or 15 bucks an hour. You get paid a good wage so do our guys, there are plenty of non dealers out there paying low wages to mechanic, we don't.
The tech's get paid well.
Three, Its a valid point, if you find the cost of maintaining your toys too high, either do it your self or find a local non dealer repair shop charging low rates and paying their guys exactly that. Or sell off the toys costing you too much, simple.
Personally don't give a rip what the other's think or feel, maybe some of you need to get in the business of running a dealership to understand. Too keep the techs paid and lights on while giving everyone a deal doesn't work out great in the long run.

Disclosure, I have not worked for BRP in a long time now but I do know the ropes of running a dealership.

SXS, Dirt bikes, sleds and Pickup i find area all pricey to service.. The dirt bike and Pickup especially, KTM 450 wants $100 of oil every hour and a half, the SOOper Duty isn't a whole lot better.. 4 or 5 holes to pour money into on that truck..

I find trailers have been cheap to service.. Airdrie Trailer for the Trails West has always been cost effective for service and repairs.
On our 2nd 40' toy hauler, first from RaceTrack and this one from CrossRoadsRV - hard to rack up $250 bill it seems.. knock on wood....

Why would you be using $100 worth of oil every 90min? That makes zero sense.
