Listened to the CCFR podcast last night and they had their general counsel on there to talk about the injunction failure and the upcoming main court litigation. He said they knew they had a 90% chance of losing it but they wanted to test drive the govt lawyers and see what kind of expert Murray Smith was for the government. He couldn't get into to much details because the process is before the courts but said they will have no problem picking Smith apart in court because he is far from a real expert on gun legislation. He said the govt lawyers were totally unprepared as well so he's hoping that nothing changes there. He is hoping the main court proceedings will go by late fall but he said the govt wants to stall to their benefit obviously. This would put a decision very close to the end of the OIC amnesty deadline in April of 22. He also said both sides will most likely appeal all the way to the Supreme Court if they lose the main court case. He said this will be the most expensive litigation case the govt has ever had when its all said an done. The CCFR has already spent over $1 million to this point as they have spent a lot of time on the case and have hired the best lawyers in the country to try the case. Keep sending more money to them guys. Any spare dollar you can afford will go directly to fighting the govt on this wrongful OIC. I sent them another $250 last week

Billy Blair has put new gun legislation on the docket for next Tuesday as well they have said. Its expected there will be firm info on the proposed bill and we will know more about the buyback program and enhanced storage requirements. The opposition is preparing for this bill right now Rod Giltaca said and they will fight and stall as much as they can to get this to an election before being passed in parliament. The experts say this will take anywheres from 2-6 months to finalize as it needs 3 readings in parliament and the Senate will have to approve it. If they can hold off till an election is put in writ then all bills on the docket will be cancelled until after the election and they will then have to be re introduced in parliament and the process starts again I guess. Keep fighting the good fight everyone. Giltaca asked that if you are on any of the gun sites on Facebook and Twitter please keep your comments respectful through the process. He said that the anti gunners are screen shotting an violent comments to use in the court case so please abide with sound reasoning and do not make threats. The CCFR and NFA are also screen shotting comments on their sites as well to use on them.

Everywhere I go people say the liberals have it backwards and do no understand that we are not the criminals and the laws won't help to reduce crime. Truth is that liberals know this 100 percent. They are hell bent on confiscating all guns from law abiding people. Then you have to ask yourself why?..... There is a much bigger picture that's playing out. It's all out communism coming. What did hitler do first? Gun confiscation, why? Dictatorship, except this will be headed for a global dictatorship.

Its about the master plan of staying in power. They know most gun owners vote conservative. They know most anti gunners vote left. It low hanging political fruit. The Liberals are geniouses quite frankly. They have taken their 30% base who would vote Liberal even if Trudeau assasinated the Queen of England. Then they add the indigenous, the BLM peeps, the gays, queers and tranny's, the muslims and any other fringe group to add up to a 45% majority govt. They quite honestly don't give a crap about them but by promising them the world they get their vote. Its quite ingenious actually.

And these groups only want THEIR agendas covered.
They can not see any further and the freedoms being lost forever.

To many stupid people in the world that are easily played.

The law is there to keep you safe. So dont question it ever and when the RCMP show up(with guns) to take your guns away, just remember they are doing there job.

And dont worry about the 50 zillion $ that goes missing In Ottawa or the 100 tons of fentanyl hitting the docks weekly.

Cant be a law abiding citizen with illegal guns in your safe...

Turd and his minions have spoke this morning. Heres some of the stuff I got out of it. Had a ringing in my ears so there may be corrections lol:
1. Municipalities will have the ability to ban handguns when bill is passed
2. You can keep your AR but will need to take a new course for prohibited guns
3. Cannot use the gun, cannot leave the your safe and cannot be sold or left to anyone in a will
4. New storage requirements
5. You can let the government buy back your gun at fair market value
6. Cannot have magazines that can be modified to hold more than 5 bullets in a rifle or 10 in a handgun

Something brought up was thy blame AR's for mass murders in the NS deal this past year. However they won't name the guns publically that were used. So you know what that means. Apparently AR's are used in most suicides as far as they are concerned???? And finally Bill boy says this will not affect any hunting or sport shooting sports??? Like only half of them correct? What a fn sham!

I see now the new Bill C21 is looking to ban pellet guns, bb guns, and paintball guns. A whole new line up of criminals. Do you think this is still about saving lives?
I'm sure someone can attach a link to the article on the NFA website. I tried but am not sure how. Sorry

The buy back and all the crap coming down the pipe. I beg you to hang onto your guns illegal or not, do not buy into this. We will need them soon enough, this government needs to be stopped. Very sad days ahead with this dimwit steering the bus.
I see the clown wants toy guns that look dangerous to be removed as well, what next our childhood slingshot.
