The CCFR , filled a lawsuit today against the Government, with the proposed gun laws. I will throw them a few $$ for the legal team for law-abiding gun owners, rights.

Yep I gave them $100 extra when I joined their group. Got a hat last week from them as well. Everyone should donate anything they can. I see the Barrie Gun Club gave $7500. Everyone should ask their gun clubs to donate to this cause

Rod Giltaca from the CCFR was on Danielle Smith this morning talking about this lawsuit they started. He says they are gonna see this through to the end no matter the cost. He said its the most important lawsuit in Canadian history not because its about guns but about protection of private property for law abiding citizens. Whats next? Vehicles with to much horsepower for the speed limit? Ban all knives excepting butter knives? He says this is a hail mary lawsuit to protect legal gun owners because the alternative will be all guns down the road. Please donate to the cause! I donated again this morning. We need to make a stand now.

Got a membership from the CCFR & made a donation also for the court case for our rights for us all law abiding gun owners, they need to leave us alone. Seems every time the Libs are in power they are after us.

Gonna be interesting. Unfortunately the Supreme Court has already ruled that the government can confiscate property provided that it is as a result of a law passed in parliament, and can be demonstrated to be a law that contributes to “peace, order and good governance”. We might get a reprieve because it was an order in council and not a law that is the driver.
Property rights in the Canadian constitution are deliberately weak as a result of pressure from Peter lougheed and Alberta during the repatriation of the Constitution. Lougheed didn’t want landowners to have a strong argument that the oil under their property belonged to them and not the province.

I got a letter in the mail from the federal government, it had RCMP on it, i just tossed it without reading it. I am sure everyone got the same letter. What the hell was it about or what did it say? I find it disturbing the RCMP focus is off crime.
