DAMN!
All I can do is like all these dishes, they look so amazing! I don't cook/bbq.

I built the bbq and the deck the bbq's sitting on....does that count for anything, lol.

at first glace those scalloped potatoes are one of the best looking pizza's I have seen. Gave me a craving..................

Does look very pizza. Now you have inspired me to see if I can do pizza in that cast iron pan? Nothing better to do but cook nowadays....

Did a rotisserie chicken today, mesquite marinade injection with a bit of franks dry rub on the outside. Wasn’t much chicken left after my 10 year old boy got ahold of it. Been doing a lot of slow and low bbq’ing lately but keep forgetting to take pics. Going to do smoked steak and bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños tomorrow.

Butt roasted Hutterite chicken. The last one from the Pincher Creek Colony! 8 pounds of goodness.

Salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning rub. Two cans of beer in the roaster pan for enhanced moisture and a special flavoured gravy. Should be done in 2 and a half hours. Two outside burners on high and the middle burners on low. The heavy solid lid on the Weber will hold in the heat and a lot of the moisture. I should be able to enjoy a few Bud Lite and clam while that baby cooks.
