Can you camp on the river by the bridge just west of Rocky on HWY 11?
Can you get a trailer in there, it looks kinda rough but I haven’t paid much attention when going by.

Is there any other place close to Rocky to dry camp on the river or a creek other than on the 752?

We are not quadding just want a quiet relaxing spot close to town and water .

You could go on the road between Riverview Campground and Westend Husky station. About half way there is a little road that takes you right down to the river.
Only caution is occasionally the river levels go up and down with river flows and if they open the dam up.

One guy was out there in the winter on a nice weekend and the ice jammed up while he was sleeping water and ice came up enough he was stranded out there, needed to be rescued. His vehicle stayed there all winter and spring.
