Anyway roof in basement is ongoing!!!

The Tracking assembly is waaaay easier on my other ongoing welding table project!!!

As a welder I am in love with that table!

Ps have fun welding that galvanized tube lol. Drink some milk when done. They say it helps with the chills

The table makes things soo much easier.
The dogs are from lee valley and the holes are lazered out dead square in 3/4” plate.
I based the top on a Festool multifunction wood table. The festool clamps work but are expensive. I’ve modded some cheap quick grips for a 1/3 rd the price.

I have receiver tube running on both sides , so the plan is to make 2” sq tube with the vise mounted to it and the same for the bench sander, grinder chop saw etc.

Once I get it all sorted out I’ll strip it down and paint the bottom half.

And yes galvanized is nasty... I wear a respirator and keep shop air flow moving.

It’s amazing how fast it can go south! But can take a entire weekend to sort and reorganize!
My goal is to get everything off the floor... not sure if I will ever get there.

It gets worse. Concrete fence I built for my place. Made the mistake of telling my wife to draw a design for the back gate and I will build it.

If it makes you feel better I have zero Mechancial abilities. I can barely change spark plugs. But I do love building things.

Decided to clean and lube the pots while I have them apart. Might even change out some caps in the crossovers.
