Hi folks, we are doing a fundraiser in Lloydminster on June 1st.

This is a disease that has affected the management and staff at Lightning Hydrovac in a personal way so we wanted to do something to help and create more awareness.

Anybody that is local please come down and help out and if any one else wants to make a donation please make checks payable to
Saskatchewan Alzheimer's Society and send to our address on poster.
Sorry, no bikini volunteers for the car wash yet and trust me.... no one wants to see me in a speedo!

Thank you!!

A couple 4 person golf passes for Lloyd course as well as other items.

We managed to raise just over $4000. To give to Alzheimer's society. Thanks to all who donated. It was a busy and fun day.

Thanks to Boom 101.9 for the remote they did for us.
Also thanks to local Canadian Western Bank manager Alan and his lovely wife Pam for doing all the barbecuing for the day.

Bikini car wash was a hit although not what people expected.... even my grandson participated.

I think there is more of that going on with all diseases than anyone wants to admit.

Multi billion dollar game for the drug companies.
Thanks for sharing.

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
An odd thing I noticed Mike. Perdue Saskatchewan has more than normal cases of Alzheimers. The town water is kinda bad tasting too. Perdue is famous for it's crappy water. Dunno if there is a link between the two. I have been carrying around the unusually high Perdue Alzheimers cases in my head for many decades now so it's cool to be able to share it with you. Not sure if it will help but at least you have the info.
