Heck just buy it anywhere marked or not still cheaper the minute you cross the line.

I don't know of any places selling dyed premium in Alberta. There is a card lock in Fernie that sells it (open to everybody with a debit or credit card) and right now it is $1.099. When I go on my Costco runs (Lethbridge or Calgary), I fill my jerry cans there with Premium and it is 91. Normally, that is the cheapest I have found. I have been doing this for years and haven't noticed any difference in performance but then again, I'm sort of a meadow muffin and mellow tree rider!

Yes, they do at East Hills Costco in Calgary which is the latest Costco here. Price is 112.9
The rest of them don't sell it.

Last year I was told there are 2 locations in Canada that sell diesel, on in GP and I guess they one you mentioned.

If there is ethanol added, the gas stations have to let the consumer know. There is no information on the premium pumps about added ethanol.

Actually all they have to do is put a sticker stating that it MAY contain ethanol. Costco does not buy top tier. They buy volume at the cheapest price from whoever.

Is Costco Top Tier certified? Yes both grades of gasoline sold at Costco meet and exceed Top Tier requirements. The owner’s manuals provided by the following manufacturers recommend using Top Tier gasoline to maintain optimal engine performance. and efficiency.
  • BMW, including Mini Cooper and Rolls Royce
  • General Motors, including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC
  • Honda, including Acura
  • Toyota, including Lexus and Scion
  • Volkswagen/Audi, including Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley
  • Mercedes-Benz, including Smart

In Sask the truck that delivers the fuel to costco comes from the shell refinery, ( asked the trucker)

As long as their fuel meets the octane rating required by manufacturers, they are approved.... They buy from the cheapest deal at whatever refinery they can. Obviously don't have their own refinery. It will never be shell or esso or petro-can grade fuel...as per dispatch

I was out last weekend. Reg at Costco in NW Calgary was 98.9 vs 112.9 here in Salmon Arm. Looks like the cheapest right now is 95.9 in the SE.

In Revelstoke, marked premium is 1189 at Big Eddy and 1219 at the public card lock near Big Eddy.
