generally rope in style super easy to do with some soapy water and 1/4" ropes

Like mentioned ? Super easy to remove and install .
Pop the old one out and take in for a pattern .

Suggest patterning it with plywood or good cardboard in case there is a next time!

I'd agree with this, I know of 5 Jman Ag mechanics that have all left Cervus in the past 6 months, with a few more on the fence that have had enough with the way things are run,the lack of work in the shop and the lack of pay.
