Just noticed that the Southern Rockies Avalanche Team page and the Fernie Snowmobile Association page cannot be viewed by non-FB members. Is this a FB policy change? More fnnnnn....control on public access?

One more reason that I will not join FB. Yes, for spite I will not join. So far, I can still get the information I want/need. My little rant/protest!!

Couple days ago I checked the FSA page and non Facebook peeps can still view the page on a PC, not sure about Apple computers. You can minimize the giant Facebook login that pops up although it still obscures part of the page.

My wife has never registered, I definitely respect those who don’t. I think it’s run it’s course a bit, and the money would seem to say so as well, has dropped 35% in stock value.

I contacted Avalanche Canada regarding the page developed by the Southern Rockies Avalanche Team this morning and I got a reply that they were going to get back to me shortly. Sure hope that one doesn't have to be a FB member to read avalanche safety news. Tech Resources puts quite a bit of money into the program so maybe I will contact them as well.

I must be a woman I guess. I always thought Instagram was for woman? Anyways I enjoy talking to people I actually have met and don’t bash you for commenting on a post. Snow and Mud is pretty much entertainment for me as there isn’t much info to be had on here anymore. It’s lost it’s appeal.

Most that aren’t on FB but on S&M ??
S&M is their FB from what I see . A lot of useless info that nobody cares about . But same as FB move past it . Lol.
You can set FB up anyway you want and use it that way .
Powerful tool if used right .

In them hills.
You are already signed up for Facebook and didn't even know it.

You have Instagram.
Your Instagram login works on Facebook.

Facebook and Instagram are one in the same.
