I actually drove past that guy while taking that picture. I was wondering wtf does this guy have a tripod taking pictures of dead elk. There were a bunch on the road that got smoked. Basically right in town on highway 1. How come these 3lk didn't respect the fences and cattle guards and stay in the forest and out of town?

These elk were chased out onto the highway by people in the ditch, where the elk were grazing. Like elk do on most nights.
