That is hard to explain but the fact that I can't give someone Reputation until I past some around is like the left leaning Democrats or Lib-tards thinking they know what is best for me.

The other thing that happens is that "sheriff's badges and the little colored squares only grow so far. It was a system put in originally, and never adjusted or changed as time went on.
