How can I actually talk to someone at QSC?

I sent my clutch for my maverick in for some work to QSC and I was in contact with Tammi the whole time while it was being shipped. As soon as she confirmed it had arrived and was sitting in their shop, I could no longer get ahold of her. Its like her and Adam fell of the face of the planet. Emails, phone calls, voice mails, not sure what to do now. Its been at their shop for a good 2-3 weeks now. Should I just write my clutch off as gone? I've heard they are hard to get ahold of but this is crazy. Has anyone else been through this with them?
