No shortage, all cedar poles for old ones, about 35’ average. We install several thousand a year in wood, have every kind of metal pole and head you could think of also. Shops in Spruce, Red Deer, Drayton and Grande Prairie. Should be able to help out.

Yes....just completed Westerner Park, all of West side of Gasoline Alley both frontage and ring roads, new exchange etc. We have the overhead and underground contract for all powerline and underground work in that area. We average 10 or so crews around Ref Deer.

I think it’s about a year behind schedule...and I don’t think it’s going to work as good as they hoped with the traffic circles on the West side...it’s like an ant hill around there.

We have and have access to a lot of poles and lights, our underground division is always going through various projects and we have been supplying and installing lights and fixtures for people for years, always happy to help where we can and save some bucks for people.

i believe it, seems like traffic has doubled, just that the traffic flow has changed, ya have to be on your toes over on the west side. people are going everywhere at higher speeds.

We had directional drills, hydrovac s and line crews all working in the whole area and needed full time traffic control and flaggers...got a little tense with the volume of traffic around there some days.

A good friends neighbor has an old light standard in their back yard, said they found it in the scrapyard after someone hit it, they cut it in half'ish and it lights up their yard beautifully even with the old HPS bulb. If they converted it to LED it might even be too bright.

Looks really cool too
