We have been dealing with commercial truck for all our parts for our new dump truck... Great guys to deal with and pricing is good.

No idea if FGI does, but i'd steer clear if they do. Their dump rig ups are terrible.

Are you looking to just buy a 24' pintle trailer and build a van body? Sounds like lot of truck for that trailer, what goes on the truck? Depends where you plan to pull it, a pintle tri- isn't recognized in some provinces so heads up if you want to go to SK for example, they require a wolf hitch.

We use ITB to build cabs and shells for oilfield application.. They do good work and super custom, they will build whatever it is you want.

I’d avoid c&h. The equipment I worked on that was built by them didn’t impress me. ITB is another good one to try though.

Who do you work for director? I do quite a bit of sublet work for c/h in Lethbridge. Might have worked on some of your equipment, small world. Don’t think I’ve ever seen them build a box van tho, but I’ve only been working for them for about 6 years.

Call Gord at Bowden in Edmonton. They have a good program and build nice van bodies for directional drilling and similar. Heated, drains and lighting, tanks, benches etc all in house.
