More information
Effective at 8 a.m. PDT on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018, an area restriction order will be in place for Crown Land in the vicinity of the Hugh Allen Creek wildfire.

This area restriction has been put in place to protect public safety due to the wildfire's rate of spread and to avoid interference with fire control activities. This order will remain in place until noon on Sept. 15, 2018, or until it is rescinded.

This order applies to Crown land within the geographic boundaries shown on the map (Canoe Reach Marina area restriction map) that is posted online at: http://ow.ly/nlti30lnfjz

Can also get maps from the Valemount tourist centre. They show quad trails and the staging areas. Very scenic quading in that area. Make sure your rads are nice and clean before you go. Lots of high speed trails and lots of climbing for Kms on end
