depends, you become the dumping ground of the left over. At some point there will be a shortage, subsidies go away. US taxpayer is not going to be very fond of paying for Canadian consumers produce. So at some point it’ll go away. Other countries have ended up as huge importers of produce and it hasn’t worked out very well long term

It would be better for all Canadians if we just integrated our economy with the USA. Get rid of the protectionist crap both south to north and east to west. Tell Quebec that the get no more special treatment. Let the free market balance things out.

Well USA kick canada out of NAFTA calls Canadians, economic terrorists, and now Saudi Arabia kick Canada out and said no more trade deals and we are longer welcome in that country. So much for our 2011 light armored vehical... 11 billion dollar contract. Wow are they pissed off. We starting to get known for trade deals around the world...

That is good to hear Cat401, I never trust a thing the CBC paid off news media has to say. Here is what I read but I am sure after getting the contract 7 years ago it is almost finished anyway. But interesting reading the story from the other side. Billions in contracts being cancelled. This is the Saudi news network but I am sure they mean what they say.

Well he has been in power for quite some time now, I am trying to think of one good deal he has made for Canada, I can't think of one yet. There must something he has done for Canada
