What to use for Sealant

bulkhead sealant around fittings in me hot tub are rotten
was in hardware store and there is way to many options
me is thinkin silicon but which kind ... :confused:

I would use plumber's putty. Easy cleanup, you'll be hard pressed to find silicone rated for submersion

I would say plumbers putty too, but I have never tried silicone for hot tubes must work ok
