Been good up till now, could feel a sneezing fit coming on, argghhh. have to hit the Reacton heavily. something flowering along the roadsides , used to think it was canola, but i don't think so.

Allergies are always fun.

I have the worst year round allergies! This year I went to the doctor he gave me a nasal rinse and a spray. I went from having daily (and I mean daily all day) sneezing fits to not having them at all! I also keep that sea water spray near me and use it a few times a day!

Try Flonase, it used to only be available by prescription but is now available over the counter. Use it once in each nostril every morning and you should be good.

Allergy doc told me to use nasal rinse about a year ago too. Works wonders.

Don't let anybody film you doing it.........but saline sinus rinse helps quite a bit, or distilled water and non-iodized salt with the sinus attachment for a Water Pik. I'm rarely bothered any more. I think eating low carb helps. Almost no sugar or grains. Meat and vodka! lol.

Doctor prescription and doctor gives you the shot.

Had it 3 years ago and my allergies are under control.

The Neti pot and stuff like that you actually run a solution through you sinuses. In one nostril out ther other! You will be amazed how much snot comes out!

I'll stick to my once a day spray. Usually if i do for a few weeks I am good for the year. Mine has some sort of steroid in it and is prescription.
