I see nothing wrong with it, it’s to bad that camera didn’t get turned on earlier, if I walked into a place and someone is staring at me and than starts talking in a different laungage an start laughing I’d say wtf too, yes her elevator doesn’t quite reach the top floor I’ll agree on that, but I wouldn’t hold back on asking if they got a problem

If someone at a table behind me is talking another language and laughing I would just ignore them.We don't know how this started though .

so talking another language would constitute this behaviour??? Or even staring? Your in a public place and maybe her drunken state caused people to look. So, if they were speaking Dutch or Italian or an other European language should this happen?? I don't think so. People need to get a long. We already fought world wars due to hatred haven't we learnt our lesson?

The fight started because the Indian guy at the table said to her. "i can ride my bike with no helmet and you can't" then she went off. Seriously tho... Loose lips sink ships, once it's out of your mouth you can't take it back. Apologize all you want, your still a **** for saying it.

as an owner of a company it would be a frost day in hell I would want someone working for me with that kind of view / temperament.

Sure, and she was way out of line. But how does that cost her her job? She wasn't at work and didn't say one word about Cranbrook Dodge. Wrongful dismissal? I can't even boycott them over this. Absolutely the worst dealership in Cranbrook IMO. I haven't darkened their doorstep in years.

Sure. But does that become a justifiable reason for dismissal when it had nothing to do with her job or her employer. How far do we take this in a free society that supposedly gives us freedom of speech? Are we to be terminated from our employment based on our personal opinions, un-related to our employer, expressed on our personal time, rather than our job performance? Slippery slope.

Really really to bad we couldn't also see what happened to set her off. Some of her comments were out of line for sure , but man it's hard to totally condemn her without knowing exactly what happened.

If we all all got along we would all be sitting under a German oath, so I’m glad we all don’t get along couldn’t ever get a good war off the ground that way, it’s people like you, that Islam rules are gonna take over, they already get their way with a helmet law, do you honestly think if it was a Muslim running his mouth at a white person!? Would it of hit the news!?? Highly doubtful, just like an indigenous man was shot by a white farmer, it wasn’t an indegnous man shot at a white grader operator, give your head a shake my friend,

I'm waiting for the day my wife goes off on someone, because they're standing in line at a grocery store(for example) and yapping loudly in a different language, right behind her... Probably her biggest pet peeve

you do have a valid point but I guess the employer has his reasons. Maybe with her attitude this was basically the end of the line for her. Who knows, maybe there are other circumstances around it. I read in the comments section that a few people from Cranbrook who know her have seen this side of her before. So, maybe she brings it to work??

HMMMM,,,,,,IT IS THE SIKH(NOT MUSLIM) THAT PUSHED FOR THE HELMET LAW....

[h=2]SIKH vs MUSLIM HEADGEAR: Understand the differences[/h]
2384798.jpg
Many people mistake Sikhs for Muslims due to their turbans, which often makes Sikhs targets of attacks meant for Muslims. Please study the differences in Sikh (right) and Muslim headgear below. You might be able to save a Sikh’s life one day.If you see a man walking down the street wearing a turban, there is 99.9% chance that he is a Sikh, a follower of a monotheistic religion that started in the 15th century in India. Sikhs proudly wear the turban as part of their religious and cultural heritage. Sikhs are often mistaken for Muslims or Arabs. They are neither. Sikhism is an independent religion and is in no way related to Islam.

first or all, a Muslim and a Turban wearing person are two completely different religions. As for getting along, what is wrong with getting along and being tolerant on ALL sides??? I lived in Syria for a short period of time when I was a kid and never in my life did I felt threatened or yelled at like this woman did since I was white and a foreigner. In fact, they were very happy to introduce their culture to my family. Also, you are confusing two different things. I agree new comers need to amalgamate with Canadian society without "special interested or laws" just like my father did when he immigrated from Europe in late '50's. This women is losing her mind of their colour and language not because they are wearing turbans with no helmets. BTW, these same people fought alongside my uncles in 1945 against Nazi Germany while wearing a turban. There are far more benefits being kind to one another instead of hatred IMO. Cheers
