Seeing as the site upload has a size limit and a lot of .gifs I want to post are too large, as well as photostupid wants you to pay now, what is everyone using to hotlink from?

I just resize (compress) the photos on my computer. Fairly easy on a Mac.

Change them to jpeg's..........easy peasy. Just a couple clicks isn't it.

a gif can be a moving image though, sort of like a short video clip.... if you change it to a jpeg you lose the motion effect.
