A minority governemnt for the left will end up being a majority since the NDP, Liberal, and Greens are already talking about aligning. Unfortunately, even if the PPC and Conservatives did align, PPC will not have enough to tip the scales.

If the PC's don't get a majority this country we know as Canada will cease to exist! 4 more years of running Alberta into the dirt can't happen. Separation will probably be the only way to get our economy back.JMO

Why wait? Regardless of whomever is in Ottawa the west pays the east,....Only difference being a conservative regime allows us to at least earn enough to pay..... I'm sure the "equalization" would be more than enough to run things.. Not to mention source deductions, GST, various "sin taxes" would likely raise our standards of living/lower our taxes dramatically..

Wexit and alberta independence party will forever be getting my votes. Whoever doesn't think Alberta cant be it's own country is retarded. We could blow Dubai out of the water as far as living standards and wealth if we didn't have to pay on average 3000 a year per Albertan, BC is next at about 1100. WTF does Alberta want to pay that much?? I would gladly forfeit my passport of communist Canada anyday for separation.
