I would hope if the RCMP found that there was a fast tracking of unqualified drivers into our system, that they would let the public know of this crime instead of covering it up.
Not surprised it took this long. When you really want to make sure the charges stick you better have perfect evidence. Everybody knows the truck blew the stop sign. But did he blow it doing 100 km/h or 2 km/h. Takes awhile to calculate distances travelled after the collision. If they can prove he blew it at 100 km/h they can get the dangerous driving/ driving with undue care charge to stick better. Sort of like the Jason Klausse trial. They knew he killed his family, just takes time to get the evidence. They can’t release any of the findings till it’s in court, could jeopardize their whole case. I think the fact it took 3 months to charge him is a good thing, get it right the first time.

I would be way more interested in his identity, is he here legally , does he really have his class one, how many hours had he been driving, does the owner of the company have qualified drivers. All attainable in 4hrs. People are getting tired of the coverups of certain groups of people. Ezra has been through the our kangaroo courts a few times. However in this case I believe it will be going through a real court. None the less these kangaroo courts we have change our laws and are based on race.

I read on global news he was about 5 weeks into driving, 2 weeks of ‘training’ with 2 on his own then this happened.
