Needs spectator stands, RV parking/camping.....and a 1/4 mile track....but interesting.

Yup Rosebud 30km west of Drumheller, 120km from Calgary. There's quite a bit of info on the website if you poke around. Bronze membership is $12,500 entry fee and $1250/year for 20 track days a year and some other perks.

Just buck up the 100k and burn rubber everyday. Chances are I can’t run my one ton dulley work truck or sxs on the track so I’m out.

They have something very similar here on the island kinda useless for the average Joe, never have races or even open track days just a play space for the rich which is cool if your one of them.drive by every now and then but never see much going on.i know Porsche rented it for there Canadian release of the 2018 models.when they were talkins about building it was hoping they would actually be road racing around here but no such luck.
Watching the Canadian car "review" shows on TV the last couple years, every manufacturer has debuted half their new cars at that track.

Yea, still just fields and bunch of dirt. Been following it for afew years now and its been a slow go, they have done some earth works but nothing that resembles a racetrack yet. They sure make alot of FB posts and have a fancy website for investors tho. Originally there was a ton of excitement, but once they released pricing, like Scrambled said, it turned into the 'elite only' price bracket, and all the weekend warriors with everyday street cars who wanna rip a couple laps to burn off some steam lost interest in a hurry.
But thats the way it goes, Look at the Castrol road course in Edmonton. There was all this hype and everyone was all excited when it was being built hoping they would have track days similar to the drag strip where you show up, pay your fee, pass tech and with some orientation do a couple laps for fun. Which has turned out to NOT AT ALL be the case. Thats why the track is empty most of time and i havn't gotten out on it in a couple years
