Moving to a acreage and doing a addition

Purchased an older acreage and looking to add a addition this summer, the addition will be 20x38. Always worked in commercial industrial havnt done to much residential work. What are guys getting charged these days for framing, drywall and such for a house these days, the new addition will be vaulted ceilings the wife has told me
this is pretty much identical of what she wants lol. I plan on doing the flooring,hanging the drywall, siding

Drywall has doubled in price thanks to the liberals putting TARIFFS on it.Hopfully you can hire people you know and trust, to many bad guys out there.

The house building industry is so “cowboy”, find a good planner and not from the seat of pants kinda guy.

Our vault is just over 16’ft, new acreage bungalow home with medium finishing (eng hardwood, tile, quartz, triple pane, finished walk out) came out to $225/sqft
