Needed: house for rent

We are looking for a house to rent in the Sherwood Park area, furnished would be preferred. We are non smokers and have a small black lab that is trained and sleeps in her kennel. Also looking for a fenced yard.

We have issues with our 3yr old house and had to move out for 1-3 months well it is fixed.

Just another curve ball....

The builder is willing to pay for a place, we are just having trouble finding anything that is available.

I was just looking to see if anyone knew of a place that might be available.
