240k on my 2011 and no majors heater in the def tank has gone a couple times and conveniently my heater blower fan went during our first cold snap this year but other then that it's been a good truck

Traded my 11 in with 343000 and no engine issues in that time. My 16 now has 90000 on it and I had a def pump fail and a fuel gauge fail. Both trucks I never ran synthetic oil on and there was times that they have been started at well below -20 not plugged in. Had a 2010 duramax before I went ford and that truck sucked. Always in the dealer. Can’t make money like that. First Ford was good so bought another. I wish Toyota had a 1ton diesel as that is what I would be running if I had the choice.

Had an '11 for work that I put 320,000k on. It had no major issues. Never plugged in no matter the temp. Only time it didn't start was when batteries were getting bad. In fact we probably currently have 60-70 powerstrokes from '11 and up and only 2 engine failures that I know of.

2014 120,000 km 1 rad and couple of sensors in exhaust under warranty. Run 5w-40 synthetic rotella oil...rarely plug it in. Delete kit is in shed ready to be put on at 160,000 km once warranty is over. Have a 2016 duramax and prefer the ford more, gm mostly sits in driveway.

My dad had a bearing that spun on a early year 6.7 it was pretty new at the time Under 50k if I remember correctly. No issues other than that he’s on his second 6.7 now. Not because it failed again just was time for a new one.

2011 F-550 6.7, spun a main bearing at about 6000hrs, short block on warranty, dropped a valve at 6800hrs no warranty as five years was up. Aftermarket rebuilt installed for 20000,deleted at the same time. IMO it's the best thing you can do for these engines

I agree - I deleted mine at 60 thou - 90 hp tune when I spun the bearing - on a 60hp heavy tow tune now - luckily my dealer in my hometown is really good and turned a blind eye to the delete and tune - definitely gonna start making sure it's plugged as much as I can and it's warm before I move it
