Mishimoto is telling me to check my cab bushings as they wear out fast apparently on these trucks. I have hard time believing it’s those as my first one went at 62,000kms

Well this is my last resort of trying to fix the rad problem on this truck. I built a brace for in between the frame rails In front behind the bumper. Also installed the top crossbar from mishimoto hoping to help it out. After this I give up.

167k so far on my 2017 Alumiduty. One glow plug and the vacuum seals for the front hubs have been the only problems. Both warrantied. The mileage has slipped a very slight amount, l almost never get into the thirteens l/100k anymore. Always fourteens.

Those seals suck on all Ford trucks. They never really work properly

I switched mine out for manual warn hubs.

It's not that the e-locker doesn't work it's the inconvenience. I'm thinking of day to day driving in the city when it's icy. When pulling away from an intersection you don't always know that one tire is going to bust loose. You have to stop spinning and reach for the knob. You can't leave it on or the back tires are binding up whenever you turn. Sure it's great for extreme situations but for normal driving I'd rather have something automatic.

So I returned my truck to stock, now I have a p043e code, so pulled it all apart the mechanical valve moves freely when not attached to the motor, hooked just the motor up to the wire harness and it only goes around one way. Hook motor up to the valve and plug it in and it try’s to turn the one way and clicks.

also have a message saying exhaust filter overloaded drive to clean but it won’t clean...drove highway for an hour and nothing happened for regen

Well I think I just got lucky...engine light went out and it finally did a exhaust burn ...all is good now ready to trade it off. 5 rads is enough for me, I give up trying to figure it out. Put 6th rad in and returned to stock to trade it off on either a 2020 gmc AT4 or new super duty...see who gives me better prices and trade
