My god, when we whack down a white bark pine we dont get anywhere near $300k per tree, they must be magic trees that grow in the park.

I don’t think I would refer to a huge mega ski resort corporation as “granola crunchers”?

Murray Edwards owns Lake Louise, 80% of the other ski resorts within 3 hours of Calgary, AND happens to run a little company called CNRL. His lunch is about as far from granola as you get

Greedy corporate d!ckheads is more of a proper term

Actually Charlie Locke bought Lake Louise from RCR a few years ago.

Yep, I was referring to saving them. You have a ski hill with danger trees....cut em down, if it inhances the ski hill cut em down.
It doesn't add up that our government would allow a ski hill in a park then give them sh#t for cutting trees.
i guess it’s just good revenues for the government to pull from these fines.
greed coming and going here.

Edwards doesn't have anything to do with Lake Lousy. Charlie bought up Fernie and Kimberly, developed expansions got into a cash flow problem and Edwards got controlling interest of RCR. He and Charlie made a deal to give Charle 100 percent of Louise and he got the rest of RCR.
