Giving to the less fortunate is a dangerous thing. I saw two things on social media about people helping the less fortunate. Comments all praising the giver. Never once did anyone think how helping people that are not smart enough to help themselves will breed more people who cannot help themselves. You see intelligence is genetic and the idiots are out breeding the smart ones. This goes against nature and that never succeeds.

Agreed. We have a few of these at my work. Today i had to write a proceedure to NOT wash the inside of pickup with pressure washer. See its my fault hes an idiot.

You should seriously consider writing fewer procedures and depend more on good decision making. This may seem counterintuitive but no one wants to read 30 procedures and it puts the onus back on the worker instead of the employer. In this case you could dismiss the employee.

I would love for this to be the case unfortunately we are going the wrong direction with this.. it seems I am not allowed to do things that I have for years with out a procedure now. Half of my time anymore is sitting at a desk writing these damn things and they wonder why nothing gets done. Ah well better give the browns an operations manual for when they decimate whitey.

Demographics. Gotta have more chocolate than vanilla now adays and they aready know the hr system so no one wants to speak up for fear of getting fired for chocolate discrimination. A friend had his windshield broken a few weeks back and our boat has been swamped from the side when two wake boats wakes stacked together...not a wake boat in site when it happened, their waves travel forever.
The worst things ever invented...after mustard gas.

People using public restrooms, coming out of the crappers and not washing their hands. Then just as likely to go buy food items. I'd expect such behavior in some Middle East or African countries. How about some feces on them fries? Not much cleaner than animals, and some less so. Not surprised there was a news report yesterday about sidewalks being used as toilets.
