finally Trump is getting more negative publicity with a relationship with a foreign power other than Putin's powerful puppets. It's amazing how some show of support from a 15 country sanction against NK not so many days ago which included both Russia and China was viewed as such a positive step has gone for ca ca.

Left wing media strikes again! So you have this mentally challenged nut job running a foreign nation telling the world he is working on nuclear capability to first strike the US and its allies. He puts out propaganda video's in his country to rev up the masses showing the US burning to the ground with proud North Korean's cheering wildly. So Trump sends him a message in the only language he understands. Fire a nuke at the US and you will see hell and firepower like the world has never seen before. Now the left is crying that Trump is trying to start a nuclear war???? He never said he was going to first strike them with a nuke. What do these people want from their president?? To cower and put his hands over his ears and cry? The reason this problem exists is the previous administration was to soft on this clown and allowed him to build these bombs thinking they wouldn't figure it out. Well they did and here we sit....

one nut job egging on another nut job. They both need to go away. I see it like this, little fat dumpling is doing this because he loves the attention and the bigger fat dumpling is trying to divert attention due to his dismal attempt at being a leader. unfortunately, if this gets escalated, innocent people suffer at the hands of these two morons.

Don't you agree Dennis , Donald Trump has not been the one doing the provoking? He has finally responded in a language only this crackpot understands. He needs to look at the history books to see where this is headed. When Iraq invaded Kuwait Saddam laughed at the world community. When America responded the Iraqi army went from the 4th largest mechanized army in the world to the 27th in a matter of 10-14 days. North Korea will go away if he launches on the US. They will have to change the world maps it will be that bad.

Ken, I agree something needs to be done but I would rather see the Navy Seals go in and shoot the bastard rather than using heavy military might. No one wins then.

Unfortunately war is big business. If that fat little bugger does fire a rocket given the nature of him and other products that seem to come out of NK im almost certain it will miss putting the whole Western hemisphere at risk. I do have a sort of understanding from where NK is coming from but putting the world at risk is something else.

As for Trump I'm on the fence, I don't like some of his policies but I do like he is standing up for the people of the USA. Can't say the same for selfie boy

Yes in a perfect scenario a kill would be ideal but I'm betting the only way you are getting him is with a JDAM or cruise missile. He is probably better protected than the POTUS is?

Everyone is so worried about his missiles hit the states. But you really think it will even make it off the launch pad? There so many satellites looking at North Korea right now that the second that it's fired it will be shot down. And if it does make it off the launch pad there's almost the whole US navy it needs to make it past. It will be shot down over sea, not saying that won't be bad but better then making land fall

There is some talk that intercepting missiles is not as exact as you indicate but even if it is the closer and heavily populated area's that can be reached by other weapons is a primary concern.

I get it that it's no average skeet shooting to shoot down a missile. But you know how many war ships, fighter jets, submarines, drones and what not from how countries is between here and NK?!?! And I bet every last one of them would be taking shots at that missile! It would be unlikely it would reach here. And like said. They have US 50's surplus army machines.

no doubt you are correct but once unsuccessful he will target what bothers him most which is south Korea and the american presence there and the casualties could be very high.

I think china should just annex north Korea and concentrate on a positive relationship with the usa which to a high degree already exists.

Kim Jong-un has now stated that Trumps remarks today are ridiculous and that he is preparing to attack Guam with 4 missiles by mid August. Trump has been talking to China today to try and get them to get their "boy" calmed down. Who blinks first?
